True Grits welcomes Mastercard and Visa. If you wish to pay by check, please call our nearest retail store during normal business hours for assistance.

Shipping Options
We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow 3-to-7 business days for delivery of in-stock items. For orders with custom name monogramming, please add 5 additional days for delivery. Delivery time depends on destination. We may partially ship your order if most of the items are available. We will ship the balance of your order as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the size of your order and the shipping method you have selected. Your shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout of your order.

Refunds
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and include your receipt. For items purchased during the summer, please make all return or exchange requests within 30 days after the start of school. Exchanges and returns must have all original tags attached and may not have been worn, washed or altered.

Please allow at least 72 hours from the time you place your order to fill out our order inquiry form. Please be sure to enter your order confirmation number.

Return and Exchange Policy
For web and phone order merchandise please do the following:

Please return any item(s) to the address on the shipping label and include detailed instructions as to what you would like to exchange/return. Also please include the web order number sent to you via email on the "Order Notification". This is important if any credit or additional charges are to be applied to your credit card account. Return shipping will be charged on any order that is NOT the result of a shipping error or merchandise defect. True Grits also suggests that you use a shipper that provides tracking as we cannot be liable for return shipments lost in transit.
